Roboera Privacy Policy

Roboera is a turn-based territorial strategy game for Android, published by Pixelspore under the package name com.pixelspore.hexdomination. This policy explains what the game collects, why it is collected, and how to get it removed.

The short version

• The game is playable offline, and your saved games stay on your device.
• We do not show ads, and we never sell or share your data with data brokers.
• We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or contacts.

What the game collects

• Game progress and settings. Maps, standings and preferences are written to your device's own app storage. Uninstalling the game removes them.
• Play Games Services. If you sign in, Google gives the game your Play Games player id and gamer tag so scores can be posted to the leaderboards. Sign-in is optional, and the game works without it.
• Purchases. In-app purchases run through Google Play Billing. Google processes the payment and only tells the game which items you own. We never see your card details.
• Diagnostics and usage. Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring collect pseudonymous app-instance identifiers, device model, operating system version, crash stack traces and coarse usage events such as which screens are opened. This tells us what breaks and what people actually play.

Why we collect it

Diagnostics keep the game stable; purchase state unlocks what you paid for; Play Games data exists to place you on a leaderboard you chose to join. None of it is used for advertising profiles.

Who processes the data

Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC act as processors for Play Games Services, Google Play Billing and Firebase. Their handling is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Data may be processed on servers outside the EU/EEA under Google's standard contractual clauses.

How long it is kept

Crash and performance records are kept for up to 90 days. Analytics events are kept for up to 14 months. Leaderboard scores stay until you remove them from your Play Games profile. Purchase receipts are kept by Google for as long as accounting rules require.

Children

Roboera is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, write to us and we will delete it.

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to processing. Write to the address below and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — in Norway, Datatilsynet.

Deleting your data

• Uninstall the game to remove everything stored on the device.
• Remove leaderboard entries and the game's Play Games profile under Play Games → Settings → Delete Play Games account & data.
• Ask us by email to delete the diagnostics tied to your app instance.

Changes to this policy

If the game starts collecting something new, this page is updated and the date at the top changes with it. The current version always lives at roboera.pixelspore.com.
